Terms and Conditions for AuraRawHair
Welcome to AuraRawHair! These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms
1. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by AuraRawHair. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description or pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and either cancel the order or provide the option to reconfirm at the correct price. Pre order hair will take up to10 working days for the hair to be delivered, and hair that is in stock and available will be shipped within 2 days.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely at checkout. We accept the below Payment Methods, e.g., Credit Cards, Debit card, EFT. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement. We offer a payment plan for a period of 2 months with 50% deposit for the hair, and delivery of the hair upon final payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Free shipping offered to customers that reside in the Northern Johannesburg suburb's. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct AuraRawHair is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
**4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
Our goal is your satisfaction. However, due to the intimate nature of hair products, we have a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be requested within Number, e.g.5 days of the delivery date and must be returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. This is non-negotiable.
Condition Requirements:
The wig/hairpiece must not have been worn, cut, colored, styled with heat, or otherwise altered.
The frontal or lace closure must be completely intact, with no plucking, bleaching, tweezing, or adhesive residue.
All original tags, packaging, and the hair net/cap must be included.
The hair must be free of any odors, product build-up, or tangling that was not present upon shipment.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-colored, custom-cut, or bespoke wigs are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Any item marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale."
Return Process:
1. You must contact us via Watsapp or email within the return window to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once received, our team will inspect the item within e.g., 3-5 business days.
Refunds/Exchanges:
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs and a [e.g., 15%] restocking fee. Alternatively, an exchange for store credit or another item can be arranged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after approval.
5. Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the strict condition criteria above.
Each item is inspected before leaving our facility.
6. Color & Texture Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, due to monitor settings and natural variations in human hair, colors may vary slightly.
7. Care & Maintenance
The customer is solely responsible for the proper care, maintenance, and styling of the wig after purchase.
AuraRawHair is not liable for damage resulting from improper care, including but not limited to heat styling, coloring, or brushing.
8. Limitation of Liability
AuraRawHair total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
